Retailer working with Holts Academy as it rolls out jewellery counters

Fashion retailer TK Maxx has teamed up with Holts Academy to provide 2,000 of its sales staff with jewellery training as it rolls out 15 new jewellery counters.

The TK Maxx staff have already started studying for Holts’ Diploma in Jewellery Retail and the academy will continue to train staff until October. The course will provide training on how to sell jewellery and watches over what the academy has described as an "intensive period".

The training will be followed up by assessments for the staff in stores as well as visits by secret shoppers who will judge how well the team has applied the training provided by Holts Academy.
