Team is restructured with new arrivals from Swarovski and Fossil.
Alfred Terry has appointed three additional sales agents for the UK and overseas as part of a restructuring and expansion program.
The diamond and gemstone jewellery company has hired new team members Charlie Gumley, Shane Whitfield and Jason Maughan to head up its sales alongside Stan Ashbolt who has worked with Alfred Terry for more than 20 years.
The appointments have been made following the arrival of Alfred Terry’s new chief executive Steve Wright and the addition of its luxury division, Leading Italian Jewels.
Alfred Terry has also opened a new head office in Cavendish Square in central London.
Charlie Gumley has joined the company from Swarovski UK where he worked for four years on developing its independent retail distribution through new shop-in-shop concepts, jewellery-only boutiques and key account management.
Gumley is set to develop new business partnerships and multi-channel distribution for Alfred Terry’s brands and collections.
Shane Whitfield is a former head of sales at Fossil Group where he managed a number of brands through a multi-channel distribution network. He has worked directly with a key retailers in the UK and will focus on new distribution channels for Alfred Terry and its brands.
Jason Maughan, a former national sales manager at Swarovski, is now part of Alfred Terry’s sister company Abbeycrest Thailand. He will be in charge of bringing Abbeycrest jewellery lines back to UK independent retailers via Alfred Terry’s distribution network. He will also oversee Alfred Terry’s South African and Australian markets.

Stan Ashbolt, a team member with more than 20 years’ experience at Alfred Terry, will remain focused on working with independent retailers in the UK.
