Amore extends P&O partnership as part of international push

Hertfordshire-based jewellery maker, Amore, has announced a further push into the international cruise market as part of its international expansion plan.

Amore will now sell its silver and gold collections on seven ships belonging to P&O Cruises.

Barry Mislin, Amore’s managing director, says:  “We have been working with P&O for many years and they already have our Amore Oro gold collections on three P&O liners that operate out of Australia. Our jewellery will now be available on seven P&O cruise ships, four with silver and three with gold. Each ship carries up to 3,500 passengers. This is all part of Amore’s strategy to assist brand recognition and expand our reach overseas.”

Mislin adds: “P&O like our 9ct gold jewellery, which is the perfect fit for cruise passengers, particularly out of Sydney. Until now, the ships didn’t stock much silver jewellery as it has a lower price point.  However, they are now selling Amore Argento silver jewellery which is a real step forward, helping to expand the Amore brand into international markets”

Silver pieces from across the whole Amore Argento collection will be available on board P&O cruises, with prices from £50 to £200. All items from its 9ct Amore Oro gold collection will also be available, with price points from £100 to £500.

Currently there are some 400 stockists around the UK offering Amore, from leading department stores to independent jewellers.
