Cheryl Cole has given away the jewellery gifted to her by husband Ashley Cole, even throwing some pieces in the trash, according to reports.
The jewellery the X Factor judge got rid of is rumoured to include earrings and necklaces from the football star.
The pair announced they were filing for divorce last week and Cheryl has been spotted without her wedding ring since the latest incident of Ashley’s alleged infidelity came to light.
An inside source said to The Sun: "Jewellery, especially earrings and necklaces - some of which were bought for her by Ashley - were thrown into the tidy-up."
They added: "She didn't even like a lot of the pieces as they're not her style, far too bling.
"Even the bits she does like, she doesn't want to wear them, although she has held on to her wedding ring."
The Fight for this Love singer wants to finalise divorce proceedings before the World Cup kick-off and has re-arranged her schedule to avoid seeing Ashley in the upcoming months.
