Fashion jewellery brand Astrid & Miyu has launched a bespoke online shopping service, just in time for the busy Christmas trading season.
Leading the way in innovation and technology, Astrid & Miyu has added a live video chat service to its e-commerce site.
The new service, titled ‘Hero’, creates a hybrid between in-store and shopping online.
The technology takes the online customer service to the next level as it allows Astrid & Miyu store associates to interact with customers in real time.
Using Hero, customers will be able to browse the brand’s shop from the comfort of their own homes, being shown the brand’s product selection via live video streaming and photo messaging, receiving a personalised customer service experience .
Retail giants such as Harvey Nichols have also been using a similar service to great success, and Astrid & Miyu is excited to offer its consumers a communication tool that goes beyond the usual live chat device found on websites.
