Benzinger Boutique line characterised by hand-skeletonised movements.
Watchmaker Jochen Benzinger has created a new collection of skeletonised timepieces called Benzinger Boutique.
The Benzinger Boutique collection is characterised by hand-skeletonised movements, hand-guilloché dials and technical modifications such as the striking position of the hour and minute displays.
The collection includes the White Dragon timepiece with white mother-of-pearl dial, hand-created and applied dragon, white leather strap, diamond bezel, 18ct white gold 42mm case, and pavé diamond-set movement, which retails for €32,500 (£27,807).
Benzinger’s watches are made in Germany and curry favour with watch collectors because of their limited production numbers; only about 100 watches leave the Pforzheim workshop each year.
Before setting up the Benzinger brand, Benzinger and his business partner Georg Bartkowiak have manufactured chiefly in the name of big brands such as IWC, Fabergé, Chronoswiss and Tourneau.
