Bold diamond jewels prove rosy for Domino

Rosabella range brings in trade show orders for Birmingham business.

Sales of non-bridal diamond jewellery suites and statement designs have proved a hit for Domino, with reports of success for its Rosabella jewellery range at IJL.

The Birmingham company said the latest additions to its contemporary Rosabella collection were extremely well-received at the Earls Court trade show, and "continue to sell well".

The Rosabella range includes a choice of mix-and-match suites featuring necklaces, pendants, wristwear and earrings in the 18ct white, rose and yellow gold, with designs that can be pre-set with a choice of either H SI or G VS diamonds.

Domino sales and marketing director Andrew Sollitt said: "It is encouraging that consumers are clearly in the market for non-bridal, statement diamond jewellery. One of the new Rosabella suites comprises 10.5cts of diamonds, so it is very far from an impulse purchase and yet our retailers around the country are finding buyers for it and for other pieces in the range."

The honeycomb diamond cuff, pictured above, proved to be a particular show stopper for Domino during IJL, alongside its matching necklace and stud earrings.
