Brand to return as official jewellery partner of red carpet event.

Carat* will return as the official jewellery partner of the Arqiva British Academy Television Awards for the third consecutive year in 2013.

As part of the sponsorship deal Carat* is given access to dress the celebrities on the red carpet. Earlier this year actresses including Hunted star Melissa George and Peep Show favourite Olivia Coleman as well as sportswoman Dame Kelly Holmes and reality star Lydia Bright of The Only Way Is Essex chose to wear Carat* jewellery to the TV Baftas.

Carat* chief executive Scott Thompson said: “We are very proud to be once again the official jewellery partner to the Arqiva Bafta TV Awards for a third year running. CARAT* has now become the jewellery brand of choice for celebrities on the red carpet who want to look ultra glamorous as well as being able to relax and enjoy their evening without a bodyguard hovering nearby.”
