New watch adds sleeker dimension to timeless collection.
Swiss watch brand Carl F. Bucherer has unveiled a new timepiece in its Manero collection – the Big Date Power.
The new model is a sleeker statement amongst a collection of classic-styled watches.
The Big Date Power is driven by the CFB 1964 automatic movement and has two functions. At 6 o’clock the three-handed watch has an integral power reserve indication that extends in a gentle curve between the 5 o’clock and 8 o’clock indexes.
A small hand moves within this area, providing information about the remaining power reserve. In addition the big date which denotes the new timepiece’s name is displayed in a frame at 12 o’clock.
With the Manero BigDate Power, the brand says is “has succeeded in creating new design features within the typical design framework of the Manero family.”
The watch features the first use of Dauphine hands within the Manero collection. The case is made from either stainless steel or 18ct rose gold and is 40 mm in diameter.
The Manero BigDate Power has its own tag line: it has been designed for people who want one thing above all: a timepiece for every occasion.
