New space pays homage to brand’s history, complete with bridal salon.
Cartier is set to open a new boutique within Selfridges Wonder Room in London this month, showcasing its high and fine jewellery collections and fine timepieces.
The brand, which has had a presence in London since 1902, says the new space will feature several enticing aspects, including watches from its fine watchmaking collection and a dedicated bridal salon, which will host customers seeking Cartier diamonds or an engagement ring.
The space will also play host to a unique selection of Cartier d’art timepieces that will be sold exclusively at this boutique only for the next month. The design concept for the Wonder Room boutique was created by renowned architect and scenographer Bruno Moinard, reflecting the brand’s history and style by combining modern vision with creativity.
A statement from Cartier said: "This is a new and exciting chapter for Cartier London, which was first established in 1902. In keeping with this heritage, the boutique in Selfridges also holds the iconic Cartier collections, including the Panthère, Love, Trinity, Juste un Clou for jewellery, and for watches Ballon bleu de Cartier, Tank and Santos".
The Wonder Room boutique will sit alongside luxury jewellery and watchmaking brands including Chopard, Boucheron, Harry Winston and Theo Fennell.
