Charmian Beaton will launch her first collection of wedding jewellery at the Houlden Group buyers’ meeting tomorrow.

The new Harmony Collection features handmade engagement rings and wedding bands in either platinum or white gold set with white, pink, yellow, cognac or blue diamonds in a variety of cuts. Stone weights will start from .30ct.

Beaton said of her new venture: "I’m really excited to see the reaction the collection receives at the show. I’ve only ever made wedding jewellery for private clients in my gallery, so am keen to see what the trade makes of my work."

Earlier this year the designer was named the Houlden Designer of Excellence at the Jewellery Show in Birmingham for her Mariposa collection.

The Harmony collection will be unveiled at The Charmian Beaton stand in the National Suite at the Houlden Group annual event on June 19 and 20 at the East Sussex National Hotel.
