Special Limited Edition watch and cufflinks set launched next month.

Citizen is celebrating this month, with the news that its Red Arrows watch collection has shifted more than 10,000 units since its launch in September last year.

Now the brand is set to go one step further for Red Arrows fans and collectors with the launch of a limited edition Red Arrows timepiece in December, of which only 500 will be available.

Citizen brand director Mark Robinson said: “We are delighted with our association with the Red Arrows and we are thrilled with the success of this collection so far. We have even more exciting developments coming through for 2012, which we hope will prove as popular as our current collection.”

The new Special Limited Edition Red Arrows Watch will be available in time for Christmas and is presented in a wooden gift box inspired by the design of aircraft hangers.

The watch is a perpetual chronograph and boasts Citizen’s Atomic Timekeeping, with radio-controlled accuracy, five time zones, an alarm and power reserve indicator.

It comes with a pair of round silver cufflinks decorated with red enamel planes in the famous diamond nine formation, which matches the case back of the watch.

Each timepiece in the limited edition collection is numbered, with an inscription on the caseback, the cufflinks and the presentation box.
