The UK’s foremost Fairtrade jewellery brand Cred Jewellery will launch its new wholesale silver Signature collection at the CMJ Spring Trade Event this weekend, February 20-21.
The Signature collection features detailed amulets inspired by travel and luck, including butterflies, four-leaf clovers and seashells that can be layered up to create personalised jewellery on chains of 18” or 30”.
The collection is targeting retailers who see the benefits of a fully-traceable silver jewellery collection, with designs priced perfectly as gifts of friendship and love, and for self-purchasing.
Signature is designed to take customers on a trip through the majestic and lush landscape of Peru – where Fairtrade silver is mined – with charms enhanced by touches of vibrant enamel, specially-faceted gemstones and Fairtrade yellow gold plating.
In addition to the charm collection, the Signature range features delicately etched Fairtrade silver jewellery that reimagines Cred’s flower-inspired logo. The pattern evokes the facets of a diamonds while being reminiscent of blooming flowers.
Speaking of the new collection, Cred Jewellery managing director Alan Frampton says: “Cred has long been known as the UK’s leading ethical jewellery retailer, but having established our wholesale collection we are looking forward to showcasing these commercial, collectible designs to retailers at the CMJ Spring Trade Event.
“There is such a brilliant story to tell with Fairtrade silver, and the wearbility and price points of Signature make it both collectible and covetable for today’s socially conscious, fashion-forward jewellery lovers.”
Dedicated to providing complete transparency within its supply chain, Cred Jewellery has pioneered the use of Fairtrade precious metals since 1996. The use of Fairtrade silver and gold within the collections ensures the personal, ecological and global wellbeing of miners and communities in Peru. Alongside this, Cred Jewellery uses only ethically-sourced coloured gemstones and Canadian diamonds.
Prices for the Signature collection are from £49 – £124.
