DMJ signs new brands Calgaro and Le Corone

Silicone and fabric collections to be shown at The Jewellery Show.

Distributor DMJ is set to show its latest new brands, Calgaro and Le Corone, at The Jewellery Show, marking a re-entry to the UK market for Calgaro.

The two Italian brands use silver and gold combined with materials such as silk, fabric and silicone.

The Calgaro collection features woven sterling silver and gold threads mixed with silk that form drop earrings and neckpieces, combined pearls and delicate silver embellishments. Each piece takes several hours of meticulous work to create, performed by craftsmen based in Italy. RRPs for the collections run from the high hundreds of pounds into the low thousands.

DMJ’s second new launch is Le Corone, a colourful directional jewellery brand founded in 2011 by two Italian entrepreneurs, Lorenza Barbone and Giorgio Raffaeli.

The range has already proved a hit in the Italian market, selling more than 35,000 pieces within just a few months of launching.

Le Corone jewellery features colourful silicon rings and bracelets featuring cubic zirconia or heat treated quartz stones, set into sterling silver or gold vermeil crown settings.
