East Sussex jeweller relocates to a more high-profile retail hotspot

An East Sussex-based jewellery retailer has move to a more high-profile retail hotspot and officially opened the doors for business.

Family run George Moss Independent Jewellers has relocated its store to a larger space on the high street in Uckfield.

With the move, the jeweller has taken the opportunity to update its visual merchandising and the overall look and feel of the store, which now features a teal colour scheme throughout, as well as a brand new private consultation area for customers.

George Moss has also revamped the company logo, and introduced the new design throughout the store.

The shop was officially opened by Geroge Moss’ director, Rob Suckling, in a ribbon ceremony with local businessman and the non- executive chairman of TR Fastenings,  Malcolm Diamond MBE.

Speaking to Uckfield news, the director said: “It has been a slow uphill battle to get the shop open. But I think the quality of the shop, with its strong vibrant colours, speaks for itself. I am really pleased with the way it looks.”

The family-owned jewellery retailer, which stocks brands such Les Georgettes, Hot Diamonds and Nomination alongside bridal jewellery was established in 1995.
