EG Studio founder putting out call to designers to be featured.
Entrepreneur Elizabeth Galton – founder of online jewellery boutique EG Studio and former Links of London director – is set to write a guide to contemporary jewellery design and is inviting designers to get in touch for a chance to be featured.
The book, which is Galton’s first venture into print publishing, aims to follow in the footsteps of EG Studio by offering the most exciting jewellery talent working today.
Galton’s book will be published by AVA Books and promises to be “a comprehensive guide on jewellery design from a commercial aspect”. It will feature a number of international jewellery designers while pinpointing which emerging jewellery designers the industry and consumers should keep an eye on.
Galton has pushed herself to the forefront as a representative the more adventurous side of the industry. In her hunt for fresh talent, she is inviting innovative designers and brands to get in touch for a chance to be featured in the book.
Those interested in applying must have been established for 12 months or more. Applicants are asked to send a selection of five to eight high resolution, titled images of their jewellery and information about the designer or brand’s background.
The closing date for application is October 15 and entries should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Anyone selected will be contacted in due course.
