Interest in Hot Diamonds’ coin brand Emozioni has been driven by celebrity endorsement according to latest news from the company.
Hot Diamonds says its new interchangeable coin concept has been tweeted by celebrities to more than one and a half million Twitter followers in just three weeks.
Among those Tweeting about Emozioni are former Big Brother winner Josie Gibson and I’m A Celebrity star Jessica Jane Clements.
Emozioni necklaces have also been worn by former Eastenders actress Brooke Kinsella on ITV show This Morning and by Channel 5 weather presenter Sian Welby.
Hot Diamond says model Bianca Gascoigne and Dancing on Ice contestant Laura Hamilton have also boosted the profile of the coin brand through Twitter posts about the collection.
Hot Diamonds brand manager Andrew Lewis said: "To receive such great celebrity endorsements within such a short period of time is very promising for Emozioni. We know that many more celebrities are lined up to add further impetus to our launch.”
Early sell-through reports on the collection in the UK are described as strong with retailers reporting sales within hours of the collections arriving in stores.
Paul at Bennetts Jewellers of Newry said: “The concept has really taken off dramatically; the great point of sale coupled with fantastic branding has helped customers understand the concept. We have now sold five packs in five days. Our customers love the adaptability and versatility of the range.”
Retailer Lime Blue says it has also received great feedback from its customers about Emozioni who have liked its interchangeability.
Last month Hot Diamonds reported continued demand for Emozioni, reporting the opening of 115 independent doors for the collection in its first 10 weeks.
Emozioni was launched in the USA on May 31 at the JCK show in Las Vegas.
