Fope has created three collections made from Silverfope within a range called Twin, which it debuted at BaselWorld in Switzerland last month. The collections – Star, Noas and Fizzy – have a chunky, ornate, bohemian style and have been accessorised with diamonds, pearls, sapphires, onyx, rubies and lapis lazuli.

Fope’s Keith Dixon said: "This is a major development for Fope. We are moving into the prestigious silver jewellery market with a unique material which overcomes the major drawback of silver jewellery – tarnishing."
