Annual sales incentive will award one retailer with a trip to Venice.
Italian jewellery brand Fope will reward its fastest-growing UK retailer with a trip to Venice.
Fope will present the prize of a weekend for two in Venice, a piece of Venetian glassware and a commemorative plaque to the UK retailer that has achieved the highest growth rate in its sales of Fope jewellery in the past 12 months.
This year Fope is also introducing two new elements to this annual incentive, which has been running for six years. For the first time the brand will be rewarding what it believes is its New Retailer of the Year and Most Innovative Retailer of the year with Venetian glassware and commemorative plaques.
Fope UK representative Keith Dixon said: “We are fortunate to have an excellent network of knowledgeable and expert retailers, and this award scheme gives us a chance to celebrate the very best of our partners. Fope is recognised for the quality of its pieces and it is only right we acknowledge the efforts of our dealers.”
Last year the top prize was given to Hamilton & Inches in Edinburgh and in 2009 the prize went to Jacobs of Reading.
Fope now has about 80 stockists in the UK. While the brand is best known for its 18ct gold jewellery it has just launched a range of jewellery made from Silverfope – its own blend of palladium and silver that resists tarnish.
