Diamond brand enters new regions and strengthens core markets.
De Beers diamond jewellery brand Forevermark ramped up its distribution last year, increasing the number of outlets selling its ranges by 40% year on year.
Forevermark is now stocked in more than 900 doors worldwide and in 2012 it entered two new markets, Canada and the UAE.
De Beers said that Forevermark delivered exceptional growth in China, Japan, India and the US in the 12 months to December 31, and described these countries as the brand’s "core markets".
Since Forevermark’s launch it has produced more than 500,000 diamonds, each of which is inscribed with a unique identification number.
