Gecko announces re-brand for D for Diamond

Children?s jewellery revamped with to be more sophisticated.

Jewellery wholesaler Gecko has given its children’s jewellery brand D for Diamond an overhaul for a “more sophisticated look”, something it will unveil in full at The Jewellery Show next month.

The brand has said that the new look “is a little more sophisticated but without losing the child-like charm of the original branding”.

Alongside new jewellery prooducts, the most obvious re-brand will be through its packaging, which includes bright pink and blue and boxes and gift bags, with touches of lime green and white. The boxes and bags are also decorated with a choice of stars or flowers.

Gecko’s founder Barry Bennett said: “We’ve presented the new concept to some of D for Diamond’s top stockists and they loved it.

“We are really looking forward to showing it to all our customers at Spring Fair.”

The brand says the D for Diamond point-of-sale material has also been revamped. Gecko will show a range of new products through its other jewellery brands Fred Bennett, Fiorelli and Elements silver and gold.
