Diamond jewellery specialist uses shows to extend international reach.

Diamond jewellery specialist Gemex is demonstrating its strengthening pan-European business with presentations at both The Jeweller Show in Birmingham, and the world-renowned BaselWorld exhibition in Switzerland.

The presence at both shows is testament to the success of the company’s quality diamond jewellery, which contributed Gemex winning the award for Best Platinum Bridal Collection at the 2011 UK Jewellery Awards.

Gemex will use the jewellery exhibitions to present the latest additions to its Raphael Collection of bridal jewellery, including the new From Russia With Love wedding bands that feature “row after row of F/G VS quality diamonds”.

A recently launched range of engagement rings will also be on show. “We’re producing some of the finest quality diamond jewellery the UK has seen in a long time,” says Gemex director Lee Ruben. “For quite a while our customers have been asking us to duplicate this magic with a comprehensive range of engagement rings. I’m glad to say that they are now rolling off the production line and have been selling through very well indeed.”

BaselWorld will allow Gemex to meet existing international customers, and to forge new relationships. The company already supplies a number of high quality jewellery retailers across Europe and the US. “The best quality jewellery retailers from around the globe are attracted to Baselworld each year, so it will be an excellent opportunity to tap into this market,” Ruben suggests.

Gemex will be at The Jewellery Show on stand 17S04-T05 and at BaselWorld stand G40, Hall 2.0, Hall of Impressions.
