Second leg of selling show to welcome raft of first-time exhibitors.
The second leg of the Goldsmiths’ Fair will kick off tomorrow with a number of first-time exhibitors.
Exhibiting this week at the Goldsmiths’ Fair for the first time are Alison Evans, Sarah Warsop, Petra Bishai, Robinson Pelham, Jo McDonald, Shimell & Madden and Maiko Nagayama. To see examples of their work and others on display at week two click here.
These jewellers will join 83 other exhibitors at the selling show open to both the public and trade. This year marks the 31st annual edition of the Goldsmiths’ Fair.
This year the Goldsmiths’ Company, which vets each exhibitor at the fair, awarded 10 recent graduates a free stand as well as a bullion loan and £1,500 in cash to help them launch their companies at the Goldsmiths’ Fair.
Jewellery on sale at the fair varies hugely in style and prices start from £60 running right up to £16,000. The second leg of the event will be held at the Goldsmiths’ Hall in London and will run from October 1st to 6th. Admission is £10 on the door.
