Based on a historic Patek Philippe for Tiffany movement
World-famous watch makers, Grieb & Benzinger have created what they presume to be the sole platinum Split Second Skeleton Regulator Chronograph based on a historic 1889 Patek Philippe for Tiffany movement.
Due to the complete restoration and modification into a regulator watch, as well as the skeletonizing and guilloché of every single bridge, the technical effort applied to finish the Grieb & Benzinger has made this time-piece their most time-consuming project ever.
It’s weight of approximately 165 grams of pure platinum constitutes this watch a true heavyweight, not merely visually but rather by its solid material quality, and possibly the heaviest platinum watch in the market.
The piece is valued at 197,500 € (around £167,443.00) Export without VAT // 235,000 € incl. German VAT
