Costume brand gives bestselling jewellery designs a touch of blush.
Guess Jewellery has reacted to consumer demand by launching a number of bestsellers in a rose gold hue for AW13.
As part of its current season collection the brand has placed "major focus" on rose gold to satisfy the growing consumer demand for the colourway.
In a bid to maximise sales and present a cohesive collection, bestselling silhouettes from the Guess range have been launched in rose gold plate, alongside several brand new rose gold styles.
A statement from Guess said the move had been positive, with the majority of these styles jumping to top 10 retail positions in the first month of launch.
Guess Jewellery brand manager at Sequel UK Janet Errington said: “Rose gold has become a norm in watches and this trend has finally emerged in the jewellery market – if someone is wearing a rose gold watch they are likely to want to accessorise this with rose gold jewellery.
"It makes sense to offer our customers our best selling styles in the three metal colour ways to ensure we are giving the customer what they want. Our retail partners have been fantastic in providing customer feedback on what is being shopped and we have listened. Thus far we have had the biggest retail response to a new collection at launch ever – so far everything is rosy.”
