The Little Diamond Shop in York played host to a watchmaking legend last week, when Italian watchmaker Giuliano Mazzuoli visited the store to unveil a new collection of timepieces and some UK exclusives.

Mazzuoli visited the store, run by Ogdens of Harrogate, bringing with him a new collection of Manometro timepieces and two exclusive Contagiri pieces from his sporty collection of gent’s watches.

Mazzuoli, who is based in Florence, spoke with guests who had been invited to The Little Diamond Shop, offering them an insight into the influences behind the development of his prestigious watch collections, including the Contagiri, which is a watch inspired by the world of motor racing.

“We were thrilled to welcome Giuliano Mazzuoli to York,” said Richard Cummings, manager of the Little Diamond Shop. “It was a real coup to have him here and our guests loved meeting him and hearing about the inspiration behind the latest collections.”

The Little Diamond shop sells jewellery and watch brands including Longines and Fortis.
