Fine jewellery brand expands team with ex-Tiffany and Graff manager.
Fine jewellery brand Gurhan, known for its 24ct gold jewellery, has appointed Marie-Pierre Champetier to the new position of its European sales manager.
Champetier will be based in London and will be responsible for the further development of the Gurhan brand across Europe as well as in assisting Eddie Lynch, the general manager for Gruhan’s European office with global brand development.
Champetier has extensive experience in the jewellery industry in the UK, having worked in sales and management positions with well-known fine jewellery retail brands that have included Tiffany & Co, Graff, De Beers and Hirsh.
Speaking about her new role, she said: “I discovered Gurhan a couple of years ago. Having a deep interest in antique jewellery and the techniques that were used in making antique jewellery, I thought that Gurhan combined ancestral techniques and a modern look in such a brilliant way.”
Talking of her love for the brand, Champetier added: “I was hooked straight away! I just love the style. Gurhan is all about craftsmanship, quality and rarity, and creates pieces of true luxury.”
Champetier will work with Gurhan retail partners in the UK and across Europe.
