H S Walsh to move head office after 42 years

H S Walsh will move to a new, larger premises at Biggin Hill Airport, Kent, on April 4

Jewellery tools and equipment supplier relocating to airport premises.

H S Walsh & Son, prestigious suppliers of jewellery tools, materials and equipment to a cross-section of the industry is set to move from its Beckenham head office after 42 years in situ.

The company has showrooms in London and Birmingham, but has always operated its offices from a four-storey Victorian building in Beckenham, Kent. Although its location on a main road has helped with passing trade and access, the company has now outgrown the building, which coincides with its 10 year lease has coming to an end.

H S Walsh will move to a new, larger premises at Biggin Hill Airport, Kent, on April 4. The new space will allow the company "the chance to grow even more." Plus points include the building being spread over two floors compared to the previous four, more customer and company parking and a location just 10 minutes from the M25.

The company has said of the move: "[It is] a tremendous opportunity to capitalise on our very sound business and with our user-friendly building we will be even more efficient and in a position to give our customers from all around the world an even better service."

The entire staff from Beckenham will relocate, with many "looking forward to some country air!"

The new address of H S Walsh is Hunter House, Biggin Hill Airport, Churchill Way, Biggin Hill, Kent TN16 3BN. Contact numbers will be automatically diverted to the new premises.
