Harry Levy appointed London Diamond Bourse head

Former VP takes over president role following Freddy Hager?s death.

The London Diamond Bourse has elected Harry Levy as president following the death of former president Feddy Hager.

Levy has served several times as vice president of the London Diamond Bourse under Hager, who he also described as a “good friend”. He added: "Freddy was first of all a friend, and losing a good friend is very difficult. The council and I will do our best to uphold Freddy’s high standards."

Other management shifts as a result of Hager’s death include the appointment of Menachem Prager as vice president, David Joffe as treasurer and Cyril Ruttenberg as executive officer.
