Workshops follow success of seminars at June show.
JewelleryNetAsia, one of the largest online global trade platforms, will offer free digital marketing workshops to attendees of the Hong Kong Jewellery and Gem Fair next month.
The workshops will take place at the at the show space in the morning ahead of the show’s daily opening, providing both exhibitors and visitors to the fair an opportunity to combine their business activities with free education in digital marketing.
The free workshops follow on from a successful set of seminars staged by JewelleryNetAsia during the June Hong Kong Jewellery and Gem Show.
Jerome Hainz, manager of e-business at UBM Asia, the show’s organiser, said: “We received very positive feedback from participants, exhibitors and visitors. With the workshops, we intend to break down the challenges of the digital environment into simple steps. Participants walk away with tangible knowledge.
“Many jewellery professionals have difficulties in keeping up with the fast developments online. But using digital channels as tools to generate new leads and nurture existing business can generate a significant advantage.”
The morning sessions will include practical tips for retailers and statistics and data taken from JewelleryNetAsia’s own research and analytics.
The presentations will take place on September 20 and 21 commencing at 9:15 am.
