Endless Jewelry has certainly made an impression on the UK market in the last 12 months, with multiples and independents jumping on board in equal measure.
The charm and leather bracelet concept brand, which has recently expanded its offer with silver bracelets and necklaces, is spearheaded in the UK by Mark Faulkner — a man that makes balancing hard work and good fun look easy.
The UK and Irish markets were some of the first to be introduced to Endless, and since then the brand has secured all 65 Beaverbrooks stores as well as a selection of independents. Now, it boasts more than 3,500 points of sale in 23 markets on four continents…not bad for a company that’s less than three years old.
“Endless UK and Ireland was the second largest market in the world last year after the USA,” Mark explains. “The successes and disappointments we had have helped the 22 markets that have opened since, providing a valuable learning curve.”
In recent months, Mark has worked with Endless’ global management team to secure Clogau as exclusive distributor of the brand in the UK and Ireland. He has also worked alongside his team of sales agents to create the Endless Ambassador program, including staff training, weekly PR and marketing updates, focused promotional activities, social media coverage and special VIP events designed to support retailers with sell through and brand confidence.
Mark is a keen sports fan in his spare time, although he admits to being “cursed” with a lacklustre football team in his home town of Northampton. However, his home city pulls it back somewhat with the Northampton Saints rugby team, for which Mark has been a season ticket holder for 15 years. He jokes: “I also took up cycling three years ago and became a MAMIL (a middle aged man in Lycra), but I felt it would be wrong to subject you all to a picture of me in my Lycra cycling outfit.”
