After the success of its collaboration with TV presenter Laura Whitmore, Daisy London secured two major multiples in the shape of boutique.Goldsmiths and House of Fraser.
This has had a huge impact on its distribution within the UK, filing potential gaps that the brand faced before. Not only that, but the brand launched a small capsule collection extending the Laura Whitmore range, with more exciting creations planned as the partnership strengthens.
“As always, our aim is to expand, making Daisy one of the go-to jewellery brands,” declares director Ruth Bewsey. “I have no doubt we can do that with the continued dedication of the team, forward planning, and staying true to our brand ideals. Building relationships and communication is a vital factor to growing, and two things I believe we are incredibly good at.”
The team behind the brand that is best known for the Chakra bracelet has been instrumental in driving the business forward since its formation in 2009 and this growth has led Ruth to recently hire a wholesale assistant.
She insists the progress the company has made simply wouldn’t have been possible without the work ethic of her colleagues. “This year has had its hard times, but the team has all developed so much and I feel we have the best people in each role that we’ve ever had. I hope I make it a nice enough place to work, and they certainly do for me.”
