Ntinga managing director Howard Graham completed a charity cycle ride from London to Southend yesterday (July 19).
The respected diamond and jewellery trader hit the track to raise money for the British Heart Foundation, which supports life-saving research into coronary heart disease, the UK’s single biggest killer.
Graham finished the 53.1 miles in 4.38 hours and raised nearly £5000 – almost double his target.
Organisers described the course as: “suitable for the regular and reasonably fit cyclist. The terrain may include some challenging hills and distances”.
Howard says: “The British heart foundation are better off by nearly £5000 thanks to most of the trade’s generous donations.”
