The International Palladium Board (IPB) will attend IJL for the first time this year, hosting a special seminar focused on the metal’s benefits featuring guest speaker Stephen Webster.
Luxury goods writer Claire Adler will host the seminar on Monday September 3. She will be joined by Webster as well as the IPB’s chairman Brad Mills, who will talk about the virtues and benefits of working in palladium.
Adler said: “We’re at the early stages of palladium’s journey in fine jewellery and I think this seminar will introduce palladium as the contemporary precious metal of the future.
“The metal 10 times rarer than gold which only recently started being hallmarked and incorporated into jewellery and fashion designs by the likes of catwalk supremos Vivienne Westwood and Hussein Chalayan, and jeweller to the stars and Garrard creative director Stephen Webster.”
After the seminar, IPB will host a celebratory reception to mark their first year at IJL.
