The LJW launched event will continue its national tour until November.
British Jewellery Week has unveiled the ‘Vivienne Westwood of the British jewellery industry’ Jasmine Alexander as its new ambassador.
Known for her fine jewellery designs and anti-establishment messages, Alexander is one of three ambassadors for the event, which continues on national tour until November.
After launching her first collection alongside world renowned fashion designer sir Paul smith in 08, the London based designer recently unveiled her second collection, Victus, at the elite Couture show in Las Vegas and was nominated for the Bright Young Gems Award 2009 by Editors Jessica Diamond (Tatler) Vivienne Becker (FT).
Jasmine continues to work from her central London studio, but her work can be seen around the country as part of the British Jewellery Week tour.
