Jewellers named in top 10 retail businesses to work for 2016 list

Beaverbrooks the Jewellers, Pandora Jewellery and Signet Trading Ltd named as one of the top 10 retail businesses to work for in 2016 by Best Companies.

Best Companies specialises in employee engagement and its annual survey informs The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work for list.

Beaverbrooks, Pandora and Signet found themselves named alongside Bravissimo, Naked Wines, Lush, Iceland, Savers, Halfords and Bonmarche. Beaverbrooks was awarded a three star accreditation rating (the highest), followed by Pandora with a two star and Signet with a one star.

Founder and chief executive of Best Companies, Jonathan Austin, hopes these organisations will serve as motivation for other retailers. Austin comments: “These 10 companies, using the most up-to-date employee engagement data available, have been singled out as the very best places to work in the retail industry

“Any organisation that is attempting to improve engagement in their own workplace should look to these businesses for inspiration, and as a benchmark to measure themselves against.”
