Jewellery & Watch supports industry with How to Win New Customers report

Birmingham-based trade show, Jewellery & Watch, has announced it will further help to support the industry with a How to Win Customers report.

The How to Win Customers report brings together a diverse range of retail case studies to help retailers and independents think about ways to win new customers in one of the most dynamic businesses.

The report includes interviews and advice from leading retail experts such as Martin Butler, retail author and lecturer, Michael Weeden, deputy chief executive officer and communications director of Bira and Tim Greenhalgh, chairman and chief executive officer at Fitch.

Jewellery & Watch will be able to take tips and advice from leading retailers, passing on useful insight information to fellow retailers.

How to Win Customers provides inspiration and resources for retailers to learn how they can expand and grow in their own product sector. The report will also advise retailers on how to be more socially and digitally active, across all media channels. The new digital way of shopping can create a personal factor, which is something the jewellery industry pride themselves on.

The forthcoming edition of Jewellery & Watch will take place February 7-11 2016 at the NEC, Birmingham.
