Online jewellery marketplace JewelStreet has reported strong growth numbers in the run up to Christmas.
In November traffic was up 84% on the previous month globally and up over 135% in the USA, a named target market for the company.
In addition order volumes were up 216.33% on the previous month, with the US market outperforming the rest with a striking 578.42% month on month increase in sales.
Jewelstreet chief executive officer, Rob Passmore, comments: “The USA continues to be a huge growth market for us, and we are very excited about the traction we are building there. We now have sales coming in from over 83 countries, ranging from Japan, to Brazil, the Ukraine to Hawaii. Our focus remains the same – to create the global destination for jewellery from the world’s best jewellery designers and independent brands.”
During the countdown to Christmas JewelStreet is running a campaign across social media and marketing channels to bring a bit of festive cheer to its customers and partnerships. The campaign, titled #adventhunt, offers daily prizes that people can win during the first 12 days of December. Prizes in the £50,000 giveaway include gift vouchers, flowers and beauty products.
With an innovative and interactive campaign, and strong November results, JewelStreet is preparing for strong sales throughout the Christmas trading period.
