Brand to show at Jewellery Show for first time next month.
John Rocha Jewellery has joined the Houlden Group as a preferred supplier, as the brand looks to boost its UK retailer portfolio.
The Ireland-based brand, which has produced branded John Rocha silver and gold jewellery since 2001, is not set to show its collections at The Jewellery Show for the very first time.
Kela Ledwidge, marketing director at John Rocha Jewellery, said: “Having experienced a really strong performance from our latest collections over Christmas 2012, I am thrilled that John Rocha Jewellery has become an official supplier to the Houlden Group for 2013.
“Houlden Group members, Keanes of Cork and Weirs of Dublin have been great supporters of our brand for many years and we really look forward to developing similarly strong relationships with more Houlden members this year.”
The Houlden Group has been steadily increasing its number of design-led jewellery suppliers, a move that has been overseen by its brand development advisor, Ashley Pugh.
He said: “We are always looking for suppliers who offer something new and inspiring and having someone like John Rocha on board is especially exciting.”
The brand’s collections are described as an inspired mix of organic shapes and forms. Its latest collections include its Lace, Little Bird and Elements Collections, lines that are already said to be selling well and have been picked up by media and fashion editors.
Houlden Group chief executive Stuart Laing said of the new supplier: “I believe that the demand and trend for fashion jewellery is set to continue and introducing the stylist and fashionable ranges from John Rocha Jewellery means we can keep offering our members the best choices to drive sales – making them true jewellers of excellence.”
