Kiki McDonough secures deal with Bloomingdale’s as brand eyes international expansion

British jewellery designer Kiki McDonough has secured a deal with American department store Bloomingdale’s to be stocked on its website, and inside the Newport Beach and White Plains New York boutiques.

America is Kiki McDonough second biggest market, with the designer brand seeing a significant growth in sales from Americans both online and in its London flagship.

The founder and creative director of the namesake brand, Kiki McDonough, says of the Bloomingdale’s partnership: “I have always loved Bloomingdales so I am delighted to have my jewellery there.

“We have a great number of loyal American customers who have been fans of the brand for 20-30 years, and we are also connecting with a younger American customer  via the Bloomingdale’s website.”

Earrings, necklaces, bangles and rings from the Grace, Fantasy and Jemima collections will be available via Bloomingdale’s in addition to the new Juno collection, which has been inspired by sunflowers.

The opening of the Bloomingdale’s concessions mark the concessions mark the continued expansion of the British brand that is continuing to go from strength to strength.

Throughout 2018 Kiki McDonough also has plans for further concessions around the world, alongside the continued development of the online shop which now stocks complete collections and is available for worldwide order.
