Kit Heath to run first-ever consumer ad campaign

Kit Heath chief executive Jeff Lancaster said the consumer campaign was a reaction to requests from retailers.

Jewellery brand Kit Heath will run a consumer advertising campaign for the first time this autumn.

The brand has never previously advertised direct to the public, instead choosing to build up its brand within the industry. The consumer ads will feature existing Kit Heath imagery and will run in Cosmopolitan and Easy Living magazines in October.

Kit Heath chief executive Jeff Lancaster said: “We’ve never done it before because we never felt like we were in the right place, but we’re there now.”

Lancaster added that demand from the brand’s retail stockists for a consumer ad campaign had also been a factor in launching the campaign. He said: “Our retailers have asked for it so we’re doing it.”

Lancaster hopes that the ad campaign, which focuses on building awareness of Kit Heath’s branded jewellery, will help the brand become better known in the consumer market and increase business for Kit Heath retail stockists.
