Furniture unveiled at CMJ meeting as jewellery brand tests concept.
Silver jewellery brand Kit Heath has unveiled its first shop-in-shop concept.
The furniture made its debut to the industry at the Company of Master Jewellers’ (CMJ) spring trade event, which was held in Birmingham last week. Kit Heath took a complete shop-in-shop unit to the show to test out the concept and show retailers exactly how it would look in stores.
Kit Heath said that the CMJ meeting had been an opportunity to test how quickly the jewellery brand’s shop could be transported and set up. It said that the test had proved to be successful, with the furniture proving quick and easy to erect.
When the concept was still in the development plans, Kit Heath chief executive Jeff Lancaster told Professional Jeweller that he was planning to create an offering that was "compelling" and "exciting". He added: "We’ll look to raise the bar."
