Jewellery brand to host a number of celebratory events.
Links of London is celebrating its 21st birthday with a year-long schedule of events and new collection launches.
Further celebrations will see a 21st birthday party in early June, the plans of which Links are currently finalising. The brand is also the official jewellery sponsor of the 2012 Olympic Games, which will see additional pieces added to its current olympic collection alongside a new high-end range called Entwine, made in 18ct gold and inspired by ribbons.
The brand has launched celebrations with awareness-raising windows featuring colourful shapes and the number 21, over which jewellery is draped and displayed. The colourful theme continues the trend for brights seen in jewellery at the moment, and has the aim of getting people thinking about spring and summer. The brand’s packaging will also bear a 21st birthday mark throughout the year, celebrating the milestone.
With a story that began in 1990 with the making of a pair of cufflinks, Links of London jewellery can now be found in over 100 stores in cities including London, New York and Shanghai. The brand is planning to open further concessions in Europe and China this year and will re-launch one of its original collections, the bamboo-inspired Silver Palm range.
