Lola and Grace makes Meadowhall retail move

Company to open new retail venture in Sheffield from August.

Lola and Grace has announced plans to open a new store in Sheffield’s Meadowhall Shopping Centre from August 1.

The fashion jewellery brand from the Swarovski Group already has bases at Brent Cross, Bluewater and Westfield Stratford shopping centres, as well as a number of concessions stockists including House of Fraser.

Lola and Grace offers on-trend jewellery with a mix-and-match emphasis, aimed broadly at 15-year-olds to 20-somethings.

In an interview with Professional Jeweller’s July 2014 issue, Lola and Grace general manager Nina Muller explained: “We see three important channels: our own stores, digital and multibranded retail. In the long run, we would like to work with more independent retailers but we want to keep [distribution] lean and efficient as it becomes complex having too many accounts.”

Earlier this year, the brand launched a new online e-shop selling direct to 21 countries worldwide. Retail prices range from £15 to £55.
