Mappin & Webb unveils refurbished Glasglow flagship

Glasgow Mappin & Webb

Luxury jewellery retailer Mappin & Webb has unveiled its new-look Scottish flagship boutique in Glasgow.

Opening its doors on Buchanan Street, following a three-month refurbishment project, the new Mappin & Webb Glasglow boutique resembles the Regent Street flagship, which reopened last year after significant investment.

The new-look store, at the entrance to the famous Argyll Arcade, offers one of Scotland’s most extensive selection of luxury timepieces and expertly curated fine jewellery collections. The newly re-opened boutique has also introduced a number of exclusive brands and collections, including a selection of Jaeger-LeCoultre watches.

Mappin & Webb is Glasgow’s leading destination for Chopard watches and fine jewellery, as well as Cartier, TAG Heuer and Breitling collections.

The retailer is widely renowned for its wedding and engagement jewellery collections and the brand’s bespoke By Appointment service, which offers clients the chance to create a one-of-a-kind engagement ring, takes pride of place in the Glasglow store.

Executive director at Mappin & Webb Craig Bolton comments: “It’s an exciting time to open the doors to our Buchanan Street Mappin & Webb marking a significant investment in order to reaffirm its flagship status. Glasgow is a thriving retail hub where we are confident the brand will flourish even more so as we embark on this new chapter.

“We have historically been connected to famous clients and continue to be used by fashion icons today and we are incredibly proud of our highly regarded relationship with the royal family. Our history in Glasgow is rich having been here in the same spot for 10 years and much longer on Buchanan Street in general.”

The Mappin & Webb boutique can be found at 28 Buchanan Street, Glasgow G1 3LB.
