Group to take over store in East London with six new design talents.

The Metric Collective is set to open its third annual summer pop-up shop next month, making a return to east London with its geometric-inspired jewellery.

The group of jewellers will set up shop at 94 Columbia Road, a store that has become a popular space for pop-up jewellery events. Six new designers have joined the line up this year including prop-designer Lora Avedian, who has worked with the likes of Tracy Emin and the Secret Cinema.

Jewellery will be the main focus of this summer’s shop showcase, with work on show from Eleanor Bolton and architectural, articulated pieces by Naomi McIntosh. Rising stars Shimell and Madden will showcase their work, as will John Moore and Myia Bonner, whose work explores the geometric shape of diamonds.
