Ex-Chopard, Tiffany and Cartier jeweller creates own luxe collection.
International Jewellery London will play host to the launch of a new fashion and fine jewellery brand, Bonds of Union, launched by long-time jewellery consultant Denis Bellessort.
Bonds of Union has been created by Bellessort based on the premise of offering superior quality craftsmanship akin to that of high jewellery an affordable price. The collection includes silver, gold vermeil and 18ct gold pieces, from a range of cocktail rings through to fine diamond-set pendants.
Bellessort has had roles at Tiffany, Cartier and Harry Winston and has been a consultant to Moussaieff and director at Chopard. He has designed his collection "with femininity in mind".
The brand will debut at IJL with the L’Amour Collection, which features simple pendants on gold plated chains and drop earrings. The collection has been made with diamonds chosen by Bellessort for their fluorescing properties, which glow blue under UV light revealing heart-shaped patters that cannot be seen by the naked eye.
The Bonds of Union brand will show at IJL stand i126.
