Danish brand reaches milestone with opening in French shopping mall.
Pandora will mark a milestone this month with the opening of its 1,000th global concept store, based in the Beaugrenelle shopping mall in Paris, France.
The brand will also open a new franchise concept store in Corby, Northamptonshire next month, operated by jewellery retailer Grace & Co.
The Corby concept store will open on November 4. It is located on Willow Place and totals 600sq ft, offering current seasonal lines from the brand. The business will be run by Grace & Co., which recently opened its fifth store in Hinckley.
Commenting on the new store, Pandora UK retail director Nigel Simpson said: “We are very excited to be opening up a new Pandora store in Corby and bringing shoppers a vast selection of ever-changing ranges from our signature charm bracelet to stackable rings and beautiful watches. This store has a feminine feel to create a more relaxed shopping experience."
The new Paris store, the brand’s 1000th globally, is located close to the Eiffel Tower and will open for business on October 23. It is anticipated that the location will snare some of the seven million tourists that visit the Eiffel Tower each year.
Pandora’s Eiffel Tower charm is its bestselling charm in France and ones of its most popular designs at a global level.
Pandora managing director for France Patrick Szraga said: "We are very proud to open a Pandora concept store in such a great location. That it also increases the global Pandora concept store count to 1,000 is an extra bonus.
"Our consumers in France have really embraced the Pandora brand and we look forward to present even better shopping experiences going forward."
