Business creates new campaign and collections while seeking buyer.
Ortak has invested in the creation of new collections and a campaign for the festive trading period despite the business currently being in administration.
The products and campaign have been designed to target festive shoppers and the jewellery brand said that it will continue to push ahead despite what managing director Alistair Gray describes as a "difficult time" for the company.
He added: “We have been overwhelmed by support for Ortak over the past few months and the clear affection which many of our customers have for the brand. Investment in new designs has always been the lifeblood of Ortak and we are delighted to launch our new collections despite this difficult time.”
Ortak said that it is currently working with joint administrator BDO to implement further restructuring measures and are currently finalising a trading plan for the festive shopping period while the business is marketed for sale.
BDO partner James Stephen said: “Following the restructuring implemented, Ortak now has a profitable business model that would be attractive to investors and could be enhanced by further medium- to long-term planning.”
The new campaign created by the brand, titled Love Ortak, was shot by David N Anderson and stars model Tara Nowy modelling Ortak’s new Twiggy, Ritzy and Charcoal collections.
