Jewellery designer Nicholas Wylde has come a long way since opening the doors to his first store 30 years ago at 24 years old. Now he has two – one in Bath and Bristol – and has mastered the art of coming up with creative innovations to increase footfall and promote the brand in the cities it resides.

The boutique has a distinct style, which is expressed even in the store’s wallpaper which was designed by the founder, and the business a secret weapon – the Wylde Flower Diamond, a cut, unique to the jeweller.

Professional Jeweller visited Nicholas Wylde during a cityscape to Bath and was very impressed by not only the store and its service, but by the forward-thinking nature of its business owner.

Nicholas Wylde won the Designer-Maker Boutique of the Year Award by scooping 24% of the votes.
